18 year old male whose chief concern was to get rid of spaces between teeth and make two front teeth the same length with overall whiter, brighter smile.

Treatment rendered: Invisalign to idealize alignment and to correct gum height discrepancies in preparation for restorations to close residual spaces.  Bleaching was done with home whitening process post-alignment; 4 porcelain veneers replaced
